Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to arrange your journey. When you use the booking form, the enquiry form, WhatsApp or a phone call, we may record the following details.

• Your name and contact number
• Email address, when you provide one
• Pickup and drop locations, travel dates and passenger count
• Vehicle preference and any special requirement you mention
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or the website form

How we use your information

Your details are used to prepare a quotation, confirm a booking, assign a driver and vehicle, and stay in touch during the journey. We may also contact you afterwards about your trip or to answer a follow-up question.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the driver assigned to your trip and, where a journey requires it, with authorities such as toll, permit or hotel desks.

Website measurement

Our website uses basic, privacy-friendly visit measurement to understand which pages are useful — for example how many people read a travel guide. This does not identify you personally. Cookies used for measurement are only set after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can decline without losing access to any part of the site.

Maps and third-party services

The pickup and drop fields on our booking form use Google Maps location suggestions so addresses are accurate. When you type in those fields, the text is sent to Google to return suggestions, and Google's own privacy terms apply to that request.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to retain a record of a completed booking.

Your choices

You may ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Passenger details for minors travelling in a group are provided by the organiser or guardian.
